Saint John Elementary Addition

Project Description: Beginning Summer 2015, Culp Construction will break ground on Saint John the Baptist Elementary School in Salt Lake City, Utah. The School is part of a campus called the Skaggs Catholic Center. The addition will add 9 classrooms and a state of the art gymnasium to the elementary school.

Strong Volkswagen

Project Description: Beginning summer 2015, Culp Construction will break ground on yet another project for Strong European Imports of Salt Lake City. The project involves both an 8,000 SF remodel as well as an 8,000 SF addition to the pre existing dealership. All in an effort to bring the current dealership up to the Volkswagen corporate standard.

Strong Porsche

Completed: 2013

Strong Porsche in Salt Lake City is expanding and renovating their existing showroom to comply with the new Generation 4 Porsche Standards.  This will be one of the few Porsche dealerships in the Country to update to these standards. The new finishes include all new tile flooring, metal plank acoustical ceilings, all glass storefront with a curved metal composite panel facade, and all glass offices.

Strong Audi

Project Description: A new full service car dealership compliant with the latest Audi standards. The showroom features a sloped ‘raceway’ wall and a conical drywall ceiling. The exterior features an aluminum grill finish and tear drop windows inspired by the latest Audi designs.

Coronado Center Refresh Project

Total Gross Leasable Area:  1,100,000 SF

Completed:  January 2015

Project Description: Renovations included new tile, paint, ceiling modifications, and lighting upgrades throughout the mall concourses. The signage program was also re-designed including directionals and blade signs. Amenities were also replaced with a new package.

The food court received a brand new look including new bulkhead treatment, column and neutral pier finishes and ceiling modifications. All 7 entrances also received a brand new look along with new exterior wayfinding signage for the center.

Project Description: Demolition of existing entry canopies and walkway concrete with new brick pavers, paint on walls and metal canopies over doors.  Includes new site lighting, decorative bollards and furniture at two entries.
