    San Bernardino TAD Building

    Location: San Bernardino, CA

    Project Description: Expand Existing 24,000 sq ft Building into new 44,000 sq ft County TAD Building. Scope of work includes Roof Demolition and Construction, Existing Exterior Wall Demolition and Build-out, Landscape & Irrigation, Grading & Paving, Asphalt Parking Lot, Site Striping, Structural Steel, and Interior/Exterior Covering & Signage.

  • Kamas UDOT Maintenance Facility

    Location: Kamas, UT

    Completed: 100% Complete

    The UDOT maintenance facility is a honed block building with steel joist and deck.  There are a total of 14 maintenance bays with state of the art equipment to service UDOT’s Snow Plows.  The large site required blasting and 8 foot fills to complete the building pad.  All work was completed on time.

  • Scofield Maintenance Station

    Completed: 2009

    This project included the construction of a snow plow maintenance facility in a remote mountain area outside of Salt Lake City. The block building had a steel joist and deck roof structure, with a standing seam metal roof. This maintenance facility included five state of the art service bays, and was completed one month ahead of schedule.

    The South Salt Lake Fire Station #42 is a 12,000 SF multi-function facility incorporating the fire department, police department and emergency response teams. This building has a 5,500 SF apparatus garage and a 3,700 SF living area with a large commercial kitchen. This facility also has a 2,200 SF detached garage that will be used for owner storage.


  • Clinton Civic Center

    Location: Clinton City, Utah

    Approx. Square Footage:  250,000 SF

    Completed:  July 2008

    The 250,000 SF Clinton Civic Center is comprised of five buildings, a 21,000 SF City Hall, a 16,000 SF Fire Station, a 9,000 SF Police Station, a 5,000 SF Recreation Administration building, and a 4,000 SF Scorekeeper Building (constructed by others). All of the buildings are essential wood framed, with brick and metal facades. They include aluminum storefront windows and both membrane and asphalt shingle roofs. Most of the buildings have two stories with a walk-out lower level and elevation changes retained by a series of concrete and keystone walls. The City Hall houses many of the administrative offices required by the City, as well as separate City Council Chambers and a Courtroom. The Fire Station includes state of the art air scrubbing equipment in the apparatus bay to eliminate carbon monoxide concerns. All of the work is anticipated to be completed on time with an aggressive fourteen month schedule.
