Project Description: This 30,000 S.F. residence includes a 15 car underground garage, 20 person custom spa, 2 master suites, 2 caretaker suites, steam room, sauna, theater room, 3,500 bottle wine cellar, and custom stone fireplaces. All of the 20 bathrooms and powder rooms, in addition to the kitchen and the balance of finishes were custom designed by Paula Berg & Assoc. The exterior of the building is half log siding over a stone wainscott, with waterfeatures incorporated into the landscape.
