  • Visalia Mall Bank Demolition

    Location: Visalia, CA

    Project Description: Demo an existing Bank. Work included removing the Roof, Masonry Walls, and Pad including Foundation. Once complete, Back-fill and Grade Site for future build.

  • Strong Porsche

    Location: Salt Lake City, UT

    Strong Porsche in Salt Lake City is expanding and renovating their existing showroom to comply with the new Generation 4 Porsche Standards.  This will be one of the few Porsche dealerships in the Country to update to these standards. The new finishes include all new tile flooring, metal plank acoustical ceilings, all glass storefront with a curved metal composite panel facade, and all glass offices.

    Project Description: A new full service car dealership compliant with the latest Audi standards. The showroom features a sloped ‘raceway’ wall and a conical drywall ceiling. The exterior features an aluminum grill finish and tear drop windows inspired by the latest Audi designs.

  • Black Diamond Equipment

    Location: Salt Lake City, Utah

    This project was Phase II of a multi phased plan to modify and remodel an existing strip mall into the main headquarters of an international outdoor equipment manufacturer. We incorporated many of the structural elements into the finishes which are left exposed to view.

  • Redman Building

    This project converted and old six story storage/warehouse building into office space and condominium units. The project included a full exterior renovation and some site work improvements.

  • BMW of Pleasant Grove

    This retail structure for BMW of Pleasant Grove is comprised of a concrete, steel, glass and concrete block building totaling approx. 37,000 S.F. The facility includes an interior show room and two exterior display areas as well as a state of the art large service facility,  including 18 car hoist lifts.

  • Mini of Murray

    Mini of Murray was a addition/renovation of an existing office building that housed a car service facility into a car dealership with offices, retail space, and state of the art show room. The large expanses of glass storefront and curtainwall showcase the cars in the showroom and bring in a lot of natural lighting. The structure is primarily exposed structural steel with metal joist and deck.

    This office building is 130,000 sf over seven floors with almost 250,000 sf of structured parking.
